Sequel to my last post on dieting and weight loss, one of the main avenue through which weight can also be shed is through:


Physical Activities

It’s never too late to start a physical activity, you can workout during weekends with at least 150 minutes of workout every week, engage in fun stuffs, dance to karaoke songs, play with your children, visit the shopping malls (also men to can do this), park your car and take a walk. Sometimes you have to suffer to stay fit and healthy.

  • You can join a football team, go swimming and make sure you incorporate these things into your physical activity.
  • Engage the children too in your daily fitness routine with at least 50 minutes of workout every week, some schools don’t have playgrounds where they can play around some little home workout will do. Physical activities doesn’t have to do with losing weight, it’s also about keeping fit and staying healthy.
  • People who works in offices often make out time for exercise, in the case of people go very early to work and you don’t get to leave late at night there is a way you can make up for workouts.
  •      Use the opportunity of lunch breaks to take a stretch, you don’t have to make the office assistant get you food, go get it yourself in which this gives you time to stretch out. If you take lunch in a cafeteria close by, change to a place you will need to walk to.
  •   Place things in your office strategically, which can enable you move around to get them whenever you need them.
  •  Park your car seldom times, take public transports, trek to that bus stop you don’t have to bike around and also use the stairs instead of taking the elevator

Tips:
  •   Eat as much as you want maybe even up to about 5 times in a day, but be mindful of the quantity and   also the amount of calorie you consume.
  •    Get an exercise partner if necessary so you won’t get bored during workouts, don’t wait until you  can get a fitness trainer.
  •   You can also workout indoors don’t wait until you can go out for jogging, there are videos on  YouTube that can help you with different workout routines, so you don’t get yourself bored with the boring routines at the gym.
  • Dancing, skipping and dancing are also a way of working out.
  • Eat healthy, avoid eating late at night, and if you have to eat late then don’t overload yourself with food.
